We Are Marching against Homophobia and Transphobia!

People against Homophobia and Transphobia will march in Ankara on May 20th, Sunday 

At the end of International Meeting against Homophobia, on May 20th, Sunday, LGBT people will be marching on Ankara streets.
 
The 5th “Parade against Homophobia and Transphobia” organized by Kaos GL will be made on May 20th, Sunday in Ankara. Parade will start from Kurtulus, Kibris Cad. Crossroad and will end after the Press Statement to be made in Sakarya Square.
 
All LGBT individuals will participate in the parade which will continue from Kurtulus to Kizilay under the rainbow flag with “We won’t surrender to Heterosexism! Equality or Nothing!” motto.

We are marching against Homophobia and Transphobia!
 
Parade against Homophobia and Trans-phobia will be made with participation of people against Homophobia and Transphobia and LGBT individuals coming from all corners of Turkey.
 
Kaos GL Association called for people against Homophobia and Transphobia for the parade:
 
We will march against hypocrite morals of heterosexist system which restrains all lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) individuals behind a lie wall with their judgments and insults, which makes LGBT individuals’ lives miserable by exposing them to compulsory heterosexuality in their schools, which slaughters LGBT individuals in metropolises...
 
We will march for the fight against heterosexist exploitative system which tries to assimilate us by eliminating all ethnic, cultural and sexual differences thus which tries to kill us…
 
We will march against the hidden and undeclared war of heterosexist system aimed at LGBT individuals...
 
May we march all together to get stronger together and to liberate together!
 
Liberation of LGBT individuals will liberate heterosexuals too!
 
There is a place for everyone under the rainbow flag!
 
From Kurtulus to Kizilay
 
Meeting point for the Parade against Homophobia and Transphobia will be Kurtulus Park, Kibris Cad Crossroad. Following Ziya Gökalp Cad, the Parade will continue on Kolej and Mithatpasa Route and will end at Kizilay, on Sakarya Square. The Parade and 7th International Meeting against Homophobia and Transphobia will end after the Press Statement “End to Homophobia and Transphobia!” to be made on Sakarya Square.
