Aslı Alpar from Kaos GL was one of the guests of the Sexual Health and Reproductive Health Winter Camp, which was organized for the fifth time by the Turkish Medical Students’ International Committee Sexual and Reproductive Health Study Group.
Aslı Alpar from Kaos GL held a "Queer Caricature Workshop" yesterday (14 March) within the scope of the Winter Camp activities.
Homophobic, biphobic, transphobic and sexist cartoons, which reestablishes gender roles, were addressed within their historical processes in the workshop held on Zoom.
In the workshop, queer cartoons were also examined in addition to the cartoons that satirize sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination. The workshop ended after the Q&A session.
