The call for proposal:

“During the event where we plan to link the labor/ work/ effort concepts with queer discussions; that is, within the labor discussions we would like to approach queer experience and politics as a starting point instead of just being footnotes.

“Obviously, it is a so radical to take economic developmet out from the capitalist subjectivity. However, we exactly think that it is possible in the resources of Queer politics where sexual morphology is reconsidered, and that Queer politics can offer a productive inconsistency ground towards breaking precisely the perfection of this subjectivity, and the consistency and harmony of the global commodification narrative.

“During the event where the discussions on the studies towards the combination of Queer theory and labor theories, agencies towards bringing the theories/ practices of the activist together under a Marxist perspective, and the positions/status of queer individuals in the current class configurations are planned to be made. It will also be focused on the last period of Turkey and we will try to find solution suggestion”
