The fourth of the Debates of Feminism Subject Conference, the first of which was organized in 2019 by Young LGBTI+ Association, is going to be held on November 26-27, around the theme “Poverty”.
The events and dates of the Debates of Feminism Subject Conference, the first of which was organized in 2019 by İzmir Young LGBTI+ Association, became clear. 4th Debates of Feminist Subject Conference will be held on November 26-27.
“Poverty” was determined as the main theme of the event schedule, which will be held to discuss the intersecting and common fields of struggle, their relationship and current discussions regarding als the November 20th The Transgender Day of Remembrance and the November 25th International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
“We thought that we need to talk about poverty, has deepened in Turkey in recent years, in the context of feminism and queer theory based on gender roles / stereotypes and discrimination against LGBTI+s, and surely we have to talk these issues with their subjects.”
