Ankara 12th Administrative Court reversed the “sexually explicit material” judgment of Protection of Minors from Sexually Explicit Materials Act about ‘Declaration of the Rights of Girls’ and ‘Declaration of the Rights of Boys’.
The lawsuit, filed with the request for canceling the decision of restriction about ‘Declaration of the Rights of Girls’ and ‘Declaration of the Rights of Boys’ which were declared as ‘sexually explicit material’ by the Protection of Minors from Sexually Explicit Materials Act and with the request a stay of execution was resulted in, the books are no longer ‘sexually explicit materials’
Priory the verdict brought from the hearing held on Ankara 12th Administrative Court in September 2021; Declaration of Rights of Girls and Declaration of Rights of Boys had been pulled off the shelves and annihilated.
