DEM Party organized a women's group meeting at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey on November 25th.
DEM Party organized its group meeting in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey as a “women's group meeting” ahead of the November 25th Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
DEM Party Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları spoke at the meeting to which representatives of women's and LGBTI+ organizations were also invited.
Hatimoğulları greeted the women's struggle by saying “Jin, jiyan, azadî” and called for struggle against the trustees.
Hatimoğulları said, "We women will continue our struggle against hate crimes against those with different sexual orientations more effectively today as we did yesterday.”
