On the second day of the conference, "Different or Equal? Last Choice: All “ session, Ceren Akçabay, Remzi Altunpolat and Nejat Taştan spoke. The session was moderated by Oğulcan Özgenç.

The session started with Ceren Akçabay's presentation. Akçabay presented “The Limits of Citizenship: An Intersectional Equality Debate Essay”, Akçabay used the following expressions:

"Abstract categories of citizenship lead to the formation of a homogeneous mass. This process becomes more closed for women and LGBTI+s through exclusion strategies."

The session continued with Remzi Altunpolat's presentation “Bodies and Lives Excluded by Normative Citizenship”. Altunpolat said the following:

"There is a practice of demonization in the new agenda, apart from the discrimination of LGBTI+ s. Moreover, LGBTI+'s are considered as an element of terror. What we are experiencing today is open fascism. The emergence of the old in new forms does not mean that what is inside the envelope has changed. Today, they say that LGBTI+'s threaten sovereignty. LGBTI+'s struggle for citizenship also shows the limits of citizenship debates. It is necessary to understand that the struggle of LGBTI+ people is a resistance for citizenship."

The session continued with Nejat Taştan's “Disability as a Paradigm of Equal Citizenship” presentation. In his presentation, Taştan said, “We need to look at the issue of equality in dignity. We can create a transformative effect if we bring this to a definition outside the dominant definitions of normality."

The conference continued with presentations by Göze Orhon, Ezgi Duman and Gülben Salman in the session titled “Is a New Citizenship Possible?” moderated by Elçin Aktoprak.
