Kaos GL Association made the second edition of the following guidelines on hate crimes: “Preventing and Responding to Hate Crimes: A resource guide for NGOs in the OSCE region ”, “Prosecuting Hate Crimes: A practical guide ”, “Hate Crime Data Collection and Monitoring Mechanisms: A practical Guide” and “Hate Crime Laws: A practical guide”.

Kaos GL published Turkish translations these guidelines prepared originally by Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights for the first time in 2014-2015.

All publications are open to access online in Kaos GL website.
