Cahide Sarı: Can the people who murdered Martians be in trial?
Mostly, Sarı focused on the problems of the migrants, highlighted the definitions ‘‘being human’’ and ‘‘human rights’’ that are reconciled with the “rights of citizens” and should stop the binding reference of the power discovered in Ancient Greek. She also talked about the problems that not only the citizenship but also covering the societies’ norms consider people as citizens; and in this case migrants and refugees cannot be describeb as citizens at all. In the light of human rights, the right of citizens do not mean anything to the migrants and refugees, but also they are pushing the limit of the political powers.

Volkan Görendağ: People don’t become migrants because of being adventuresome!
Görendağ, in the speech of questioning the being ‘‘migrants’’ and the main objectives of ‘‘migrants’’, first of all, pointed out the Article 14 of Human Rights Law, ’’the borders are not meaningful anymore because of the globalization’’ does not show the reality, the capital can be moved independently but not the poor people that have to face with too sharp and too thick borders. Görendağ also highlighted the Frontex that established by the EU against migrants as a line, and the obstacles against to migrants are getting bigger day by day. Today’s implementation causes ‘‘human trade’’ in an awful ways and how they become ‘‘human rights facilitator’’ because of the circumstances.

Hayriye Kara: the Imam did not want to help to migrants who had HIV+ for their funeral
Hayriye Kara, specialized the barriers placed in front of the LGBT migrants, such as coming out as LGBT person is not enough, but also they are being offended while they have to prove their sexuality. The people from UN and Police who are in charge of migrants are uneducated, which causes many heterosexist offence on migrants. For example, LGBT people are asked to come to interviews with kinds of outfit that they cannot feel comfortable within the society. Kara also said that LGBT migrants cannot be part of the relations within the migrant groups, that the regulations of today are not working, and that the regulations of processing are not shared transparently.
