The program of “Symposium Against Discriminations”, organized by Kaos GL Association between 10-16 December in dedication to the International Human Rights Day, is announced.
 
“Symposium Against Discriminations” will be organized by Kaos GL Association in Ankara during the Human Rights Week between 10-16 December, 2012.
 
The Symposium will host unionists, human rights defenders and social work experts from Turkey as well as Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden and Belgium.
 
The Symposium will be organized around the topics of LGBT people’s rights struggle and social rights, and “Human Rights, Plurality and Equality - Possibilities of Defending LGBT Rights” will be opened to discussion.
 
Sessions of the Symposium tackling the fields of health, education, city and labour rights will be held in the Conference Hall of Ankara Bar Association on 15-16 December 2012, Saturday and Sunday.
 
Sessions on Social Services will take place on 13 December, Thursday, at Hacettepe University Beytepe Campus and 14 December, Friday at Başkent University, Conference Room 301.
 
The Symposium will host international participants from universities, unions and human rights organizations as well as PMs from the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
