The İzzet Baysal Street painted in “vibrant colors” by Bolu Municipality caused “rainbow” debates in the local press.

Bolu Municipality’s project, painting İzzet Baysal Street in “vibrant colors”, led to “rainbow” discussions in the local press.

The Municipality shared the project, regarding to put a new complexion on İzzet Baysal Street, the busiest Street of the city, with the title “İzzet Baysal Street becomes colorful”. The Municipality used the expressions “coloring”, “painting in vibrant colors”” and “a stylish and different look” for the works carried out on İzzet Baysal Street, where the name of “Bolu’s father İzzet Baysal” is kept alive.

While Özgür Bolu (Free Bolu) local paper captioned the work as “İzzet Baysal Street was glowed”, Bolununsesi (Voice of Bolu) local paper asked: “What is the meaning of painting the street multicolored?” And Bolu Gündem local paper shared the expression “The Street turned into riot of colors” by preferring the title “It became very nice in this way.”
