The 17th Gay Pride Week will take place in Turkey from 22 to 28 June. The hormone tomato anti-homophobia awards will be presented, and a Gay Pride March will take place in Istanbul.
Starting on 22 June, there will be workshops, panels, films and theatre performances, as well as concerts and parties.
For the fifth time, the Hormone Tomatoes awards will be presented in order to draw attention to homophobia and transphobia.
The week will end with a Pride March on Istiklal Street in Istanbul on 28 March.
In the last years, the programme has been supported by many rights activists, politicians, singers and lawyers, from Turkey and abroad.
